Swim Spa is Great Purchase
This is my second Master Spa Swim Spa. I only needed to purchase this one because I left the first one behind when we moved. I used the same dealer both times and got the same great service and price. The swim spa quality is great. No problems, easy maintenence, and great exercise benefits.

Great Swim Spa Purchase
This is my second Master Spa purchase. (I had to leave the first one when I sold the house.) Master Spa makes a quality product. I had no problems with the first one. I was very happy with David's Home Entertainment for my first purchase, so I contacted them again. They could not have done a better job, both times. They were easy to work with reasonably priced, and delivered seamlessly ahead of schedule. I am a very happy first and second customer.

Therapool D, the best pool!
Love our Therapool D. It combines the best elements of a hot tub and a swimming pool into one fun and relaxing swimspa. The therapeutic jets help with helps with sore musles and my tension headaches. It is also long enough for me to swim and comes with exercise gear so I can get some additional low impact aquatic exercise in. My son loves it and is learning to swim in it. So glad we made the decision to get one!

Great spa family friendly
Great spa. My family uses it daily in Indianapolis. Great for exercising in. Not long enough for adult swimming free is my only complaint. I am 6’4”. If you want the ability to swim in go with at least 13’. This style is great for calisthenics and leisure. It is a relatively compact unit.

Enjoying our pool spa
It’s awesome, great depth, spacious and of course so relaxing! I wish the rubber mat came standard as the steps are slippery and I would have gotten one had I known.

We love our Therapool!
We have a small backyard so a pool was out of the question. We love everything about our new spa! Big enough for me & my grandchildren, their parents too. We use the spa heated, but most of the time we don’t heat it & splash around for fun! This was a great purchase! I already feel better...recovering from hip replacement & recurring muscle spasms in my back!!! Perfect for a smaller footprint!!!

Can this spa be moved to another location in our backyard? With the help of a few friends & electrician? Can the Spa be placed in ground?My covers don’t stand up like these ones in the picture, can I purchase that part to make the cover stand? Thank you.
Yes, you can move your spa to another space at your home address. This would require a team of at least 4 and a drained spa. Our installers use the aid of rolling pipes to maneuver the spa during installations. The key is always supporting the base of your frame. You can place your spa in ground, our teams use the aid of crane work professionals when lowering into a space. We recommend looking over your manual (also available to view here on this website) for installation instructions as well as searching this site for our blog posts about some great examples of in-ground installs for tips on how to leave the needed space for a servicer's access. Covers we produce do not stand on their own - this is achieved with the help of a separate accessory you can purchase at any pool/spa supply store called a "cover lifter". Our biggest tip would be calling your dealership/show where you purchased your spa if you can to purchase these products directly from one of our Master Spa groups and to even ask about services available to help you relocate your spa. We are sure one of our dealerships would love to be of assistance!

The diverter cap next to the waterfall on our H2X Therapool D that we bought in 2019 is cracked and spraying water. Can you tell me the part number for a replacement?
You can call 1-800-860-7727 or email support@masterspas.com to confirm this part number, as this spa has two diverter sizes -X279624 is the waterfall diverter we used in 2019 and to this day. You will receive the whole part and be able to deconstruct it by unscrewing the new part in order to use the inside parts and cap. A video on how to do this if you require can also be requested from the above support address.

I am looking at the Therapool D. I would like the floor measurements of the open area. Particularly interested in the floor width between the side seats. Can you please provide that measurement?
The interior of the Therapool D measures 82" from side wall to side wall. Each side seat here measures approximately 10 inches - this leaves 62" width in the deep middle. For all outline schematics of swim spa measurements you can always ask your Master Spa dealer or email support@masterspas.com.

We purchased an H2X Therapool and the manual has several different versions of control panels but none match our control panel with warm cold buttons on the left of the display and 4 buttons to the right. Not able to figure out how to set things

What is capacity for people? how many can fit?
We don't have an exact capacity for how many people can fit in this therapool. It has five seats as well as the open 'pool' area. The dimensions of this model are 132" x 94" x 60". The amount of people who can fit mainly depends on how many people you feel comfortable being in there at one time.
