We all love our Swimspa!
This Swimspa was a great investment and we have been enjoying it along with many friends for the last two years. At the beginning there was a bit of a learning curve to keeping the water balanced. But once we figured that out its been crystal clear ever since. We love heating it up in the spring and fall for hot tub season and cooling it down in the summer. Once you find the sweat spots with the swim jets you can get a pretty awesome swimming experience. Once last thing. This spa is very easy to heat up. It takes about 1 hr per degree. The tricky thing is cooling it down in the summer. We turn the heater off and when covered, the sun will heat it up on it’s own. If you keep the heat set to what you like, you will find it a a few more degrees warmer then you would like. This thing will hold its heat. If your on the fence about a Swimspa. Just do it!!!

I want to love it, but so far I can't
Upon receiving new and still wrapped, there was a broken pump, broken jets, broken topside panel, missing parts, missing axis cover.
I still do not have my cover, have only been able to use this spa 3 times in the month I have had it. So far disappointed with the quality of the item and having to wait for a cover to be delivered that I am told is coming from Masterspa.
I am hoping once issues are resolved, I can actually enjoy this purchase. So far, it does not seem like good quality with so many issues in the first month of ownership. I hope to be wrong about that.

Easy to use and maintain!
We bought this as an alternative to a swimming pool, both because of cost and size. It’s perfect for our back yard! We love being able to swim against a current, and relax in the massage areas. The lights at night are so pretty too! The only issue we’ve had is the chains that hold the cover to the raising arms broke (2 of them). Husband went to hardware store and found some that are more heavy duty. I know we could have contacted Master Spa, but it was such an easy fix that my husband chose to do it himself.

Swim spa was delivered very dirty inside and outside.
Swim spa was supposed to have four fountain jets in the top of the sides with lights and does not.
No follow up on our concerns.
We are happy with the way the spa swims, filtration process and noise level.

H2X is pretty awesome.
So far the swim spa has met my expectations. I know it was not going to be as big as a pool but i love swimming in it. It looks amazing at night time with the LED's on

We love our swim spa!
The swim spa is better than we expected, we rarely miss a night in it. The LED lights are amazing at night. We have experienced great exercise benefits from our Spa. Very easy to maintain the correct chemical levels.

I am purchasing a Trainer 18D Swim Spa. Can you tell me where on the spa the electrical connection is? Need to know where to run the electrical line. Thanks
You can find Electrical entry points for your electrical hook up right here on our website - you can find them based on model and if your spa is standard or if your spa will use the upgraded circulation pump. This electrical line will need to run this line to the "pack". Packs are located in the H2X line on the short side of the spa behind the massage chairs. For further pictures or diagrams for prep you can always request from your dealer or from support@masterspas.com.

What is the length of the swim area from the jets to the front of the seats? My husband is 6 foot 4, so we need a lot of space to accommodate his body and arm length while swimming. We had a 15 hex but found it was too short in the swim area. Thanks,
