Questionable quality and warranty
The control display failed after only 5 months. When I called support, I was told that the part was under warranty but the tech visit plus labor was additional cost not covered which would be $217. It makes me question the quality and worry about repair costs as time goes by.

Does Everything I Needed
This swim spa does everything I needed, can relax, work out and swim! I'm not that tall so the size works fine for me. We use it everyday, sometimes twice a day. We built a building around the spa so that it could be used everyday all year even in bad weather, it is so relaxing to be able to use on those cold, rainy days! Small in size but big on features.

So far so good
We've only had the swim a few weeks, but it is performing as expected. Very enjoyable. The headrest keeps coming loose and floating around, otherwise everything is great.

Just what I needed!
In my 40s I ran 15-30 miles a week and worked out 3 times a week at a gym. Rheumatoid arthritis ended that routine. After hip and knee replacements I started doing an aquatic routine at the YMCA. It improved my range of motion and muscle tone and, most of all, restored a sense of well-being. But during the summer kids took over the pool. There were designated times for water aerobics, but I was doing a routine developed by a PT that required counting reps of slow, deliberate movements. My new swim spa eliminated those problems. I can do my routine in peace, concentrating on my movements and breathing. And I control the temperature. And nobody pees in the pool!!

I do love my Swim Spa!
This swim spa is working great for me. I finally can exercise at home without it hurting me. Love the Therapy Jets after a long day of working in the garden!!

Extremely hard to use
Had my SE model one month. Already had to drain it once. Can not seem to get water right and top already ripped. Dealer says just shock it. Shocked it 3 times this week. Still have issues. Lack of true help.

Lies, lies, and more lies
Josh Graunke, the sales rep, should be a used car salesman. Everything he told me was a pack of lies. "Spa will hear from 85° to 104° in 2 hours"!!! Try almost 24 hours. "This is the last show until next summer"!... Hogwash.. The stupid spa sale adds run non stop every week. I could go in and on, but what's the point. The therapy seat sucks with lackluster pressure at best.

Will this need to be hardwired by an electrician? I know it’s likely a stretch, but does any sort of “Plug & Play” model exist for a Swim Spa? Or am I only lucky enough to get that in a Hot Tub?
Good question! All swim spas will need to be wired by an electrician.

Do the jets produce a strong enough current to jog in the Therapool SE? At physical therapy I ran on a treadmill in the water at a 6-7 mph speed. Could I jog at that speed in this pool or would I have to put a treadmill in the pool? Is that possible?
Hi Rita! Yes, you can jog against the current. We do not recommend putting treadmills in our swim spas.

What is the water depth from bottom of tub to water surface?
60 inch depth less 1 1/2 for floor and 4-7" top gives about 54" total average depth for tub from floor to top of water line/

How warm does the therapool SE get? Can it function like a large hot-tub? Does it stay warm in extreme cold (below zero)?
The H2X Therapool, like all of our swim spas, heats up to 99 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 4.0 KW heater that will turn on every half hour to check the temperature while the spa is in ready mode. While covered the spa will maintain the set temperature in both the warmer and cooler months of the year. The swim spa can function like a large hot tub. The spa is fully insulated and follows the strictest energy efficiency codes. Our covers are also insulating covers. We have many spas and swim spas that are sold in Canada and we recommend year round use. Hope this helps!
