Sized just right
I love my Trainer 15. It is easy to care for and i exercise more. My grandkids love my POOL! I was in the "doghouse" when i sold my big house with the big pool. Now everyone is happy.Total down size! Perfect swimming year round.

Game Changer
I had to convince my husband to buy a Swim Spa but now that we have one He is relaxing in it every night while I swim daily ... The hot water helps relieve his sore joints and I no longer have to book swim times at our local pool ... It is also a pleasure to see my elderly father paddling in the current to get some exercise ... I can't explain how nice it will be to just hop in the tub in the Winter months instead of driving to a facility ... Thankyou the tub is absolutely perfect !!!

MUCH more than just a spa!!!
What an unexpected total pleasure!!! The ABSOLUTE best purchase!!! My husband and I discovered the trainer H2X 15 at the Chattanooga Home show of February 2023! A swim spa was not on our radar at all!! We've owned 2 pools in the past and at our current home a pool was not an option with the sloping back yard and septic field. So, what to you do with the additional parking pad that tucked towards the back yard? You put in a swim spa and a half privacy cover!! The perfect solution for us!!! The maintenance is incredibly easy compared to a pool; bar none!! To date, our 15' trainer has easily fit up to 6 adults; 4 adults and 3 young children! I LOVE the swim features the jets provide!!! For those who like to swim laps, no more is the struggle to capture a workout at a local pool even if it has a designated lane for lap swimming!! I now can swim year-round!!! The upper and lower jets combined provide a fantastic pace!! Kick-board speed is easily controlled by turning off the upper jet and lowering the pressure of the lower jet. After laps and/or you just want to workout, the rowing feature is a fantastic!! The best part is, you can control your rate and speed!! The resistant bands that come with the swim spa provide an unlimited options to workout the entire body!! My husband likes to run, yes, run in against the current w/additional upper body exercises!
After 2 knees surgeries and trying to stave off knee replacements, I have found the perfect solution to continue to exercise and also recuperate post workout in the spa end!! If you just want to just lounge in the swim spa, it easily fits two full length foam loungers!! It's especially nice with the fountain and waterfall running!! We're extremely delighted and satisfied with the product!!! Much more affordable than a regular pool and the up keep!!

I love my new swim spa
I was looking for an inground pool but it wasn't really possible for me. I live on the edge of a lake and an above ground pool doesn't work either... So when I saw this swimspa!!!! Wow my dream!!!!

i love my swim spa!
I was hesitant when I decided to buy my swimspa. It was a lot of money to spend, but it has far reached my expectations. My husband & I are in it everyday, no matter what the weather is. We are now the party house of our development.

Simply put, totally outstanding Spa back by outstanding customer support! The Spa functions as advertised and enables a great workout. Easy to use. We love the spa!
We did not love the service! It started with a lack of communication and delays that required me to reach out to the company multiple times to get resolutions to problems that could have been prevented with better communication.

Hi I am trying to decide between the Challenger 15D and 18D. I am 6’6” and my son is 6’7”. I have about 100-105” of reach (toes to finger tips). Which size would you recommend, and what is the swim length for each? Thanks in advance!
Ultimately, it will come down your own preferences and swim styles- If you are not able to make it to a showroom where you can test out a swim spa for size and what your preference might be you may find it beneficial to research what spa may fit you best using our you tube channel blogs! The challenger 15's swim space is 122" versus the swim length of 154" of the 18D challenger model.

A technician came and noticed one of my jets was turned off on my Trainer 15s so he turned it on but now it runs for 24hours. I can’t turn it off 😭. Before it ran the jets at 8am and 8pm. How do I fix this?

Is it possible to bring the temperature of my swim spa to 104?
Yes, it is possible to go outside the factory exercise settings and change to hot tub temps - contact your dealer or support@masterspas.com to find out how to do this for your specific model.

where to buy replacement filters
Your dealer that you purchased the spa from most of the time should have filters available for sale, you can also go to any other Master Dealer dealership to purchase them - some even function online for you to have them shipped directly to your home! (A few examples are: www.masterspaparts.com or www.masterspapartsonline.com) If you are unsure who your closet dealership is you can email www.support.com or call 1-800-860-7727.

Are you supposed to run the pumps everyday for a certain amount of hours? If so how can I program this to happen automatically?

We recommend setting two filter cycles per day, about 12 hrs apart, running for 2hrs.
To change the filtration cycle, click on Setting<Filter<Adjust cycle 1 or 2, refer to the owner’s manual on page 97

I have a trainer 15 being delivered. Can I place it on hardpacked gravel instead of cement pad? We have drainage issues when it rains and I don't like to pave paradise if I can help it. Thank you!
We don't recommend putting the spa on gravel due to the weight of the unit when filled. If you do choose to go this route, the site has to be properly prepared — dug out, leveled, and then gravel. I would talk to your dealer about a spa pad and gravel. They might have suggestions on different ways you can do it safely.

We just got our swim spa. What is the ideal temperature for excercising?
It's really up to personal preference! For a gentle workout, we recommend being somewhere in the 87-92 range. For a more intense workout, try the 80-83 range. Overall, it's totally up to you and what you feel most comfortable in.
