Thrilled
I can’t say enough about our new swim spa and hot tub. I’ve had it for 30 days now and have swam everyday. Down 6 pounds and my back issues have nearly disappeared. My wife and I love ending our day with a glass of wine and a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Service and support has blown me away. Thank you Master Spas!

Trainer 19d PERFECT!!
The trainer 19d allows me to do exercises, swim and then relax in the hot tub. My physical limitations are improving after just a few weeks and I feel better than ever. It does take a bit to learn the jet flows, chemistry etc., but if you watch Ben and Mari on the Master Spas Facebook or you tube you really can learn everything you need to know. Check these out before you purchase to understand the product as best you can. It is definitely worth your time.

my OK swim spa!
The swim spa itself was good. Unfortunately, the place where I bought it from was very terrible. (Empress Hot Tub & Swim Spa). She never came to our place to teach us how to put chemicals on it. It's almost a month now since we got it. We phoned her, texted her and nothing! she doesn't answer us. How can we enjoy our swim spa when we needed to changed water again and just hire a professional person to help us set up our swim spa. Never will I recommend that company ever to any of my friends even with my enemies. Not a professional dealership.

We was not told we would have to rewire ok whole house in order to use it. Still waiting for the electrician to finish that before we can even put water in it.

I currently have a H2X Swim Spa and the Spa under a Gazebo and I’m handicap and the standard folding one is hard for to fold, I’ve seen a electronic cover that sits on top and slides on a track to open and close, but can’t seem to find it anymore. Help?
Master Spas as a brand only makes two covers a standard insulating cover and a rolling cover- however your dealership that sold your spa often will sell alternate covers such as the ones you've described. Many cover brands can be purchased that can work in tandem on our spa. Check in with your dealer on what kind of cover or lifter options they may have for you!

We have an H2X19 and the digital screen thermostat won’t go above 99. Any ideas how to unlock to get it back up to 104?
Yes, as your spa has a standard exercise spa heat setting you may need to adjust the electrical configuration in your programing menu to change the programing to a hot tub type setting. Reach out to your dealer or customer service at 800-860-7727 or support@masterspas.com with your spa serial number for special instructions on your individual tub for how to do this.

Can someone explain in detail exactly which filter goes in which spot? There are three filters and there's nothing in the manual that explains where each one should go. I have a 2015 Trainer 19'.
This question will depend on whether the spa is equipped with a circulation pump or not. If the spa does not have a 24 hour circulation pump, it will not matter which filter goes where because all the filters are being pulled from equally. If the spa is equipped with a circulation pump, you would want the Eco Pur filter in the middle of the three spaces for the filters. This is the spaced specifically designated for the 24 hour circulation pump.

What are the power requirements for Trainer 19 swim spa and I live very close to the beach on an island off the coast of Texas, what kind of cement pad do i need to support this much weight?
The Trainer 19 requires two independent 240V, 50A GFCI Services. Each 50A GFCI protected service must be 240 volt, 3 wire plus ground (#6 AWG copper with minimum #8 AWG copper ground).
The swim spa must be on a uniformly firm, continuous, and level surface. The recommended foundation is a concrete pad with a minimum thickness of four inches with steel reinforcement bars crossed throughout the pad.

Hi we just bought a home with the Trainer 19 2012 model. I was trying to operate the control panel on the whirlpool side and the LCD shut off. I’ve tried reset GFI as well as fuse in the house but with no success. The pool side is working fine. Thank you.
