Great investment!
I've owned my swim spa for almost 6 months now. I originally wanted a pool and then discovered swim spas.
This swim spa has brought exceptional joy and quality of life to me in that time. I thoroughly enjoy the jets when I'm sitting and relaxing or swimming which I do with the use of a swim tether. Build quality is strong and robust, ( no issues with any of the mechanical features of the spa ).
Manuals do leave a little bit to be desired. Some things I had to figure out on my own. The manual applies to a variety of there swim spas so you get a mostly general overview with some specifics. There were times I had to ask questions and research when I didn't know something.

Loving our Swim Spa
I use my Swim Spa every morning and evening. I use it for relaxing and my wife uses for the swim and exercise features. I would love to share photos but we are still in construction as we built an enclosed pool house for our swim spa so we have the great ease and access year round.

We love our swim spa!
This swim spa has been perfect for our family. We can swim, row or use the bands to work out or simply relax. It holds heat so well as long as we keep the cover on when not using it and we haven’t noticed any increases in our electric bill. We love it and would definitely buy again.

Should and/or can you use a purging product, like “ahh-some” to purge water lines in the Trainer 12 to get them clean? I just received our Trainer 12 and am reading suggestions to do this.
Yes, this brand and other jet line cleaners are even sold by many of our dealerships as an occasional tool for drain and fill time.

Does the H2x come with a heater?
Yes- all our spas have heaters involved and can provide heated temperatures.

Can you turn off the water features during filtration? It suggests you can to keep water from hitting the cover, but I can't see how.
Your water diverters can be used to move the water around in various combinations on your spa - the PUMP 1 or Jets 1 will be activated during filtering and heating programs of your spa- diverting them away from such thing as shoulder jets is recommended to help keep the water from hitting the cover. Specifically on the Trainer 12 the two waterfalls on the sides are designed deeper within the shell of the spa than normal waterfalls on other models to not hit the cover as they cannot be diverted away from and on most models will continually run with Pump 1.

How do I drain the spa? Is there a hose hookup somewhere at the base of the tub? We have a H2X Trainer 12.
Great question. Across all the swim spas, there isn't a drain plug or hose; a sub-pump would need to be used to drain the spa.

What is the true depth of the water. I want a true depth of 51”, but some comments said that is not the case.
Water depth depends completely on how much you fill it. However, I can tell you that the 51" measurement here is referring to the total length from the bottom of the entire swim spa to the top — not specifically just the water. If you're looking for something with around 50" of water depth, I'd recommend getting one of our deep models, for example the H2X Trainer 15D.

How much more electricity would a 15 foot trainer use vs. a 12 foot?
They both require the same amount of power coming into the spa but the 15D has about 1,000 more gallons.

Hi, I'm 5'6 which swim spa would be a good fit for me for swimming? We have a very petite yard as well.
Good question! I would recommend a 15' swim spa. You can also reach out to your local dealer and ask them if they have any swim spas you could wet test to get a feel for what size you would want.

Where does the electrical hook up on the 2020 Trainer 12? Which end or side of the seat area? How do I obtain electrical specs for electrician?
Hi there!
