Great for exercising and relaxing
Recently bought a trainer 15 D what a excellent purchase wish I would've done it 20 years ago They provide excellent videos that you can watch a manual you can read to figure out how to fill the spa and how to maintain the chemicals ,haven't had any problems whatsoever . The spa works wonderful and the swimming area is spectacular

Excellent addition to our house
Absolutely love my Swim Spa H2X 15D. It was a costly purchase but definitely do not regret the purchase. I didn’t think I would do much swimming in it but find it works great for swimming as advertised. The spa jets are great and so versatile. I love that they can be moved around and custom fit for different types of massage. Also great that you can isolate jets if you want or need to. I would say the biggest thing to keep in mind when buying one would be to consider the energy cost added per month and the chemical cost monthly. Neither are cheap. Plus there is required daily, weekly, monthly and bi annual maintenance requirements. But overall well built and works above our expectations.

I now live by the beach!!!
As an older couple we literally “jumped in”! I had it in my mind to get a swimspa and one day MasterSpa came up on my Facebook and within a few hours I was at east coast spa in Pennsylvania checking things out. After trying it in the showroom and convincing my gusband…59 years married….we put an order in. A month later after preparations it arrived right before Christmas. Due to weather we’ve only been in a few times so far with grandchildren and a great granddaughter but it’s been great. I plan to exercise in it and enjoy as much as possible. I now live by the beach!!!!

Loving it!
Having the spa has been a miracle worker! I have had ongoing aches and pains for a long time, and after i've been using it, I have been able to function so much better. Aging has just gotten so much brighter! Amazing customer service.
I have reached out many times to ask questions, and they always answer them quickly and in a friendly manner and never have it made to feel like I was being a nuisance! Definitely recommend this spa. The size works perfectly in our backyard. Also, all the grandkids have improved their swimming ability significantly in the very short time.We have had it!

i have hosed off the filters but the panel says they are 7 days over due and the panel says it is no longer filtering. what do i do?
The "overdue" marker is simply a reminder to aid you in remembering to do filter management for your spa, it is set by your preferences on the panel. You can reset the reminder timer each time you do this maintenance task and it will restart the timer for the reminder. To reset a task, select it by pressing the curved arrow, then confirm when prompted. Once you have confirmed the task will be reset. You can also use the option Reset Reminders to reset all the reminders.

I am thinking of getting a Trainer 15 D Swim Spa. I was wondering if when full (and when transporting empty) the weight is supported on the spas frame, or underneath the whole spa?
So, the answer is really both. In a swim spa the lip of the acrylic and fiberglass shell rests on a boxed frame around the spa. The swim spa shell mostly relies on the frame to support its weight when empty or full it is in a way suspended in the air by the frame. Now, insulation foam is filled in until encases the shell, in the deepest part of the spa this is filled in so that when it is filled it rests on the ground forming a supportive foot print - it relies on both to support it's weight- with over 2000 gallons of water the spa requires a lot of support!

What is the maximum pace/speed this pool will go?
The Trainer 15D while measuring speed is difficult because of the nature of water- when fully opened up trainers have a protentional flow rate of about 360 GPM. Brand ambassadors like Ben Gilliam have roughly measured pacing of 1 minute 50 seconds per 100 m.

How do I turn off the whole spa?
You would need to shut off at the breaker to shut off power to the unit. The spa is made to run long term it checks temp and runs filter cycles when not in use. You can use the HOLD feature if you need to shut off the spa to change filters or if there is an emergency. You can call us at 1-800-860-7727 or email support@MasterSpas.com for any operations help.

How difficult is taking the cover off & putting it back on?
We have two individual covers under our brand - both are made to be used on Swim Spas one folding cover and one rolling cover. Both should be easy to use - the larger the cover the more effort it and clips it may take to secure and remove the cover fully from the spa. There are accessories available on the market to make this easier such as cover lifters. Your frequency of use and installation of your spa may really play the most part what type of cover will fit your lifestyle best. Consult your dealer for all the options!
