Working out and therapy have never felt better
I always wanted a pool I could swim in and glad I picked the 15d master spa. I had an above ground pool that had a current generator that allowed me to swim but the external generator quit working and the company had quit making it. So before I bought a master spa I was using swim bunnies to do my swimming. Maintenance was also a challenge in the above ground pool
And I was constantly fighting algae . Now maintenance is a breeze, the pool is heated, the hard cover keeps debris out, and I am getting a great swim. My favorite spa is the pre swim spa that you stand in the deep part of the swim spa. I am not a hot tub person but I like the the therapy from the four spa locations in the swim spa. The swim spa is the focal point of our backyard and we are building a deck a landscaping around it. The back yard is shaping up quite nicely.

Enjoying the new X15D
First time swim-spa owners. Great looking quality spa. Everything works great and is fairly easy to navigate with controller. Much easier and less expensive to maintain than I expected. My only negative is the 15min jet timer- which appears is an industry standard.

We love our 15d Trainer
Had the spa for a little over a month. Absolutely love it. It's a game changer after a long day at work. Maintenance and chemical care has been a breeze so far. Keep chlorine levels up daily and shock once a week. Pool is crystal clear.

Go Deep! You won’t regret it.
We got our swim spa today. Brad, Gary and all the guys did an excellent job. They were very patient while getting the spa in the perfect spot. Brad was very helpful in training us on how to operate and maintain the spa. I would highly recommend this company if you're considering a spa.

I love my 15D Trainer Master Spa!
Love our 15D! Process was wonderful. Sales was super helpful and not pushy at all! I was worried about setup but Bob the electrician was absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable and willing to help me understand. Delivery was great! The guys got that big spa right on the concrete pad perfectly, even having to come thru a narrow opening! I am super pleased and would highly recommend Master Spas to everyone.

I am thinking of getting a Trainer 15 D Swim Spa. I was wondering if when full (and when transporting empty) the weight is supported on the spas frame, or underneath the whole spa?
So, the answer is really both. In a swim spa the lip of the acrylic and fiberglass shell rests on a boxed frame around the spa. The swim spa shell mostly relies on the frame to support its weight when empty or full it is in a way suspended in the air by the frame. Now, insulation foam is filled in until encases the shell, in the deepest part of the spa this is filled in so that when it is filled it rests on the ground forming a supportive foot print - it relies on both to support it's weight- with over 2000 gallons of water the spa requires a lot of support!

What is the maximum pace/speed this pool will go?
The Trainer 15D while measuring speed is difficult because of the nature of water- when fully opened up trainers have a protentional flow rate of about 360 GPM. Brand ambassadors like Ben Gilliam have roughly measured pacing of 1 minute 50 seconds per 100 m.

How do I turn off the whole spa?
You would need to shut off at the breaker to shut off power to the unit. The spa is made to run long term it checks temp and runs filter cycles when not in use. You can use the HOLD feature if you need to shut off the spa to change filters or if there is an emergency. You can call us at 1-800-860-7727 or email support@MasterSpas.com for any operations help.

How difficult is taking the cover off & putting it back on?
We have two individual covers under our brand - both are made to be used on Swim Spas one folding cover and one rolling cover. Both should be easy to use - the larger the cover the more effort it and clips it may take to secure and remove the cover fully from the spa. There are accessories available on the market to make this easier such as cover lifters. Your frequency of use and installation of your spa may really play the most part what type of cover will fit your lifestyle best. Consult your dealer for all the options!

Have a new swim spa trainer 15D. The control screen keeps going blank. Only way to fit is to turn power off and back on. The heater continues to pump and run but nothing on screen and no controls over the screen.
I have the 2023 15Deep trainer. I went through the turn off & on till we stumbled on the secret handshake.
The screen will go dark after a preset time. Swipe your hand over screen side to side like you are wiping water off screen. It took me a few times to master this. Two Master Spa icons will appear to be floating like jellyfish on the screen. touch the round icon and drag it to the rectangular icon and the screen will come to life.

Hi, we are looking to purchase a Trainer 15D, but we have limited electrical capacity. The specs say it needs a 50A breaker, but what is the Min Cct Ampacity or Running Amps?
You will need the 50 Amp breaker as the national electric code requires the amount of 10 extra amps for safety and it can protect against nuisance tripping- the maximum ampacity your spa can draw however is 40 amps. This would be with everything activated like the jets on full blast- normal idle functions of the spa like simple maintenance filtering cycles and heating cycles should not always draw the full 40 amps.

I haven't received my swim spa yet, but have a question. How long do the swim jets run for? I'm hearing 15 minutes before you have to stop and reset. I like to swim longer than 15 minutes. More like 30-45 minutes. Is there a way to change that setting?
It depends on your model- H2X challengers have special pumps that allow you to make work out programs that allow for longer run times. All other spas and hot tubs we make utilize spa pumps that must adhere to industry standards for heat, safety, stringent energy capacity. Low speeds can run for longer- but in High Speed pumps will go operate in 15 minute safety timeout periods. You will simply need to press the jets button again to initiate another 15 minute run time. In most H2X trainer series a quick set button is located near the exercise jets to make this easier for you.
